Proactive Support Worker

Salary:  £15,360.00 per year, 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Proactive Support Worker who will assist the Proactive Support Team Lead and Manager to provide purposeful support to people with learning disabilities and co-occurring conditions to be involved in work based day provision activities.   Can you demonstrate respect, courage to do the right thing, and valuing our work while having fun on a daily basis?

Essential/desirable: Qualification in Health and Social Care Level 2, knowledge of various learning disability conditions, medication administration, good level of computer skills, literacy and numeracy; effective communication, experience of   working in a team; working to objectives.  An enhanced DBS check (paid by the company) to be carried out before commencement of employment, two references & full driving license to enable applicant to assist our service users to fully access the community.

 

Contract:  Full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
