Is the shop open during the Christmas period?    
Our shop is normally closed over Christmas and New Year. For the most up-to-date opening hours please call the shop on 01353 863561.
What can I donate?    
Please see our page; Donate to our shop    We would request that you leave donations only during our opening hours. Items left in the doorway encourage theft and can get wet and soiled, making them unsaleable. The Charity then has to incur disposal charges.
How much does it cost the Charity to dispose of  unwanted items ?    
In 2018 it cost us £2722.82 to dispose of items that we cannot sell in our shop. 
Do you deliver and collect?    
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a delivery or collection service. 
Do you take electricals ?
Sorry, we are no longer able to take electrical goods. 
Do you need volunteers?     
YES PLEASE!!  We rely on volunteers to help us run the Charity Shop. We are a friendly team and there is always a suitable job for you to do. Pop in to the shop and speak to the staff and volunteers for further details.
Do you have a Loyalty Scheme/Gift Aid?   
Yes we do! We encourage donors to become gift aiders. If you are a UK tax payer, we can claim tax relief on your donated goods. We also operate a loyalty card scheme, please speak to a member of staff to sign up. Give us a call on 01353 863561 for more information.
