To become a proactive support worker at Branching Out you don’t need past experience as full training for the role will be given. Our current team come from varied backgrounds and they all love their job here. There are ongoing training opportunities available and 100% of our parents say they would recommend us.
There is no such thing as a typical day, you will spend the day supporting our individuals with learning disabilities in a variety of different work areas.
There is no weekend working required, we are open Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm and can be flexible with our working patterns.
We offer 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing during length of service, Employee Assistance Programme, Pension, and other attractive benefits. Uniform is provided.
